Sapporo KANIHONKE is a crab specialty restaurant
chain started by President Tatsuro Hioki.
President Hioki entered crab restaurant business as apprentice cook at his age 18 in
Osaka. He opened a crab restaurant in Nagoya at 1960 with member of KANIDOURAKU. At 1967,
he established the company Nagoya KANIDOURAKU and Sapporo KANIHONKE by himself.
President
Hioki studied the management, architecture and designing by himself.He designed all
KANIHOMKE restaurant in Japan with his superior architectonics.
KANIHONKE's Symbolic Advertising Display Moving Crab is designed by President
Hioki. |

| There are several type sheets available such as Table sheet and
counter without removing shoes or Private room with Kotatsu and Hall for Japanese style
big party with removing shoes. |

Please enjoy our atmosphere in the special designed
for delicious KANIHONKE Crab cuisine.
The restaurant is artificially-structured with Zelkova, Japanese cypress and Japanese
cedar.Inside there are garden rocks, Smoke-stained bamboos, irori fireplace and deer
clapper. |

KANIHONKE only serves snow crabs, hairy crabs and
king crabs in seas close to Japan. (We do not serve blue king crabs)
KANIHONKE delivers all crabs alive by airplane to all KANINONKE in Japan from a big
seawater circulation type preserve at Tomakomai port in Hokkaido. |
